A tasty weekend breakfast.

  • Hummus, as desired
  • 1 -2 Handfuls GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens
  • 6–8 Sprigs Roasted Asparagus
  • 1/2 Cup Pistachios
  • 1 Radish, thinly sliced
  • 2 Soft-Poached Eggs
  • 2 Slices Fresh Bread, toasted

Spread hummus on freshly toasted bread.

Add ingredients on top.

Top with a hearty handful of GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens.
