Triple Threat Sandwich

This sandwich combines Porchetta, Prosciutto and Ham with a honey Dijonnaise and Kick'n Mustard Microgreens

  • 4 Slices Bread, lightly toasted
  • 100 G Ham, thinly sliced
  • 100 G Porchetta, thinly sliced
  • 4 Slices Prosciutto
  • 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tbsp Creamy Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 Tbsp Grainy Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Honey
  • Pinch of Salt & Pepper
  • 2 Slices Havarti or Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
  • 1 Cup GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens

Lay out your bread. Divide meat evenly amongst two slices of bread.

In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, mustard and honey, season with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Spread on alternate slices of bread. Top each with cheese and GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens. Close sandwiches and slice in half.
