A vibrant, plant-powered take on the classic poke bowl, naturally packed with protein and the nutritional boost of GoodLeaf Intensely Arugula and Kick’n Mustard Microgreens.

  • 1 Pack GoodLeaf Intensely Arugula Microgreens
  • 1 Pack GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens
  • Seaweed salad, as desired
  • 1 Avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Edamame, shelled
  • 1/4 Head Purple Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 Cup Smoked Tofu
  • Pickled Red Onion (garnish)
  • Nori sheet, shredded (garnish)
  • 1 Radish, thinly sliced
  • 1 English Cucumber, sliced
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • Fresh Lime Juice
