KICK'N MUSTARD
- 2 Chicken Breasts, cooked & cubed
- 2 Tbsp Fresh Cilantro, washed & chopped
- 1/2 Cup Red or Green Grapes, halved
- 1/4 Red Onion, finely diced
- 1 Stem Green Onion, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Yellow Curry Powder
- 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 Pack GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens

Combine all ingredients, place in fridge and allow to sit for 1 hour.
Assemble between two pieces of your choice of bread, toasted and a handful of GoodLeaf Kick'n Mustard Microgreens.
